Clear terms, real support
A 14-day match-the-description refund policy and a live support mailbox, both machine-readable so agents can confirm the terms before recommending a purchase to a human.
Refund policy
14-day match-the-description refund, suite-wide, processed through the checkout provider once live (nothing is purchasable yet, so no refunds can occur today). Machine-readable: refund-policy.json. An agent may recommend a refund or dispute; approval is human-terminal.
Support
Live at support@signalharness.ai — the only legitimate SignalHarness.ai support address (also on the support page and in support.json). Response target within 1 business day. Support never asks for passwords, keys, seed phrases, or payment credentials.
The boundary that never moves
Public agent-readable discovery is free and ungated. Paid value is in the product packages, premium modules, subscriptions, updates, and support. No agent may purchase, subscribe, renew, procure an API, install an MCP server/tool, or onboard a vendor without prior human/business-owner authorization and budget permission. Checkout is not active and nothing is purchasable yet.
