One-time products and SignalHarness Vault subscriptions are available through Polar. Refund requests follow the published SignalHarness.ai refund policy and the applicable Polar checkout and refund process. Support is configured and monitored at support@signalharness.ai.
Full refund if a product doesn't match its description. Because every kit is plain text with complete metadata up front, you can evaluate exactly what you're getting before you buy.
Eligibility: the product materially doesn't match its published description.
Polar subscriptions use the Polar customer portal. x402 Vault terms do not auto-renew and expire at the paid-through time unless a new authorized payment extends access.
Full terms live in refund-policy.json.

Contact support first. Delivery failures, corrupted files, wrong-tier purchases, and most fit confusion are fixable — usually within one business day. The 14-day window keeps running and the refund stays available either way; support-first just gets you working files faster.
Every product publishes an honest fit profile — best fit, not-a-fit, limitations, and an explicit not-included list — in the free buyer-fit layer (/agent/buyer-fit.min.json) and in each product's READ-BEFORE-BUYING file.
Every product is a plain-text document system you apply with your own AI tools — not software, not a hosted service, not done-for-you work. If a capability is not listed as included, it is not included.
Open the free sample before buying — it is a real subset of the paid files. Unsure about fit? Pre-sales fit questions are covered support, and "this isn't for you" is an answer we actually give.
The legal frame around every purchase: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (drafts pending final legal review; effective with the first live listing).
