Every one-time purchase and every file properly downloaded through an active Vault term uses the same Single-Operator license. Owner-adopted revision 2026-07-21. Effective date: 2026-07-30.
Every one-time purchase from the SignalHarness.ai catalog: 27 regular products in three variants and 9 bundles. The same license covers files properly downloaded through an active Vault term. A bundle grants the license for each member at the stated tier. Product files are licensed, not sold. Licensor: Signal Harness AI Inc., a Florida corporation, operating the SignalHarness.ai brand.
The licensee is the responsible purchaser — the person, business, organization, or other legal entity that controls or is legally responsible for the purchasing resource (payment account, wallet, credential, organizational account, or machine-payment account) used in the transaction (Terms, section 3). A purchasing agent may select and complete the purchase independently, without contemporaneous human review or per-purchase approval; the resulting license is nonetheless granted to that responsible purchaser, not to the AI agent or model — an AI agent is not treated as a separate legal person and holds no license of its own. The license holder may permit compatible AI agents and automated systems operating for it to use the licensed materials within — and only within — the scope of this license (section 8). Autonomous agent use does not expand the license: it creates no additional seats and does not authorize public redistribution, resale, or sublicensing, and it does not convert the Single-Operator license into a Team, Agency, or unlimited license.
Subject to these terms, the licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except section 12), worldwide license to:
use the product in your own business or personal projects, on any number of your own devices and AI tools;
edit, adapt, extend, and rename every file for your own use, and create derivative internal materials from them;
let AI agents acting on your behalf read, apply, and adapt the files inside your own systems (section 8);
keep and commercially use everything you PRODUCE with the product — outputs, content, deliverables, client work — 100% yours, no attribution required (section 5).
Lite is a defined subset of Standard's content; Standard is the complete document system; Premium is Standard plus the five upgrade modules and priority support ("priority support" means prioritized handling of your requests through the same support channel, with no guaranteed response time — no service-level agreement is created). Bundles deliver their member products at the tier stated on the bundle page. Your license rights are identical at every tier; only the included files and the support level differ. What your purchase includes is stated by the product page and checkout description for what you bought.
Every purchase grants exactly one Single-Operator license: one operator (a person, or one person in your company) plus the AI agents and automated systems operating for that license holder — including autonomously (section 1). Lite, Standard, and Premium change the included content, deliverables, and support level only; they do not represent different license scopes, and no tier is an automatic license upgrade.
Broader Team, Agency, or Enterprise licenses are not currently offered. This license does not include Team, Agency, Enterprise, organization-wide, multi-user, unlimited-user, or unlimited-agent rights, and no separately offered broader license exists today. Using the materials outside the Single-Operator scope requires a separately offered license; any future Team, Agency, or Enterprise offering would be created only through a separate owner-approved phase with its own written terms, pricing, packaging, legal review, and activation gates.
Contractor use. An independent contractor may act as the license holder's single operator, narrowly: the contractor may use the licensed materials only while acting directly for the license holder, under the license holder's control; the contractor acquires no separate or continuing license of their own; and the contractor must remove retained source materials when the engagement ends. This does not create agency-wide, organization-wide, or multi-user rights.
Seat reassignment. The Single-Operator seat is not freely transferable. It may be permanently reassigned to a different person only when the previous operator stops using the materials and removes retained source copies. The seat may not be shared by more than one person at a time and may not be repeatedly rotated among people — a reassignment is a real, one-directional handover, not a way to operate multiple users under one license.
Everything you make WITH the products — generated content, customized templates for a client engagement's outputs, SOPs, plans, listings, code, deliverables — is yours, including for commercial use and client work, with no attribution required. The licensor claims no rights in your outputs.
You may use the products to deliver services to clients and hand clients the OUTPUTS. You may not hand clients the product files themselves (original or edited), and client transfer or client ownership of the files is not included: a client who wants the product needs their own license. Multi-staff agency-wide internal use is outside the Single-Operator scope, and no broader license is currently offered (section 4).
You may NOT:
resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, rent, or give away the product files, original or edited, in whole or in part — including in bundles, communities, "free resources" collections, or public template galleries;
upload paid product files to public repositories, marketplaces, shared drives, or AI training datasets you distribute;
repackage the files, templates, or libraries into a competing or derivative product, paid or free;
share source templates publicly (free Samples/ files are the only shareable files — with attribution and a product-page link, and never sold or presented as your own product);
offer the product files themselves as part of a commercial service (using the files to POWER your service is permitted; distributing them is not);
remove or alter ownership, license, or attribution notices in the files;
use the products for the prohibited purposes in the acceptable-use terms (unlawful, deceptive, rights-violating, or safety-bypassing uses; Terms, section 11).
Agents and automated workflows operating under your license inherit your rights AND your restrictions. They may read, run, apply, and adapt the files inside your systems; they may not redistribute them outside your systems. Every product's AGENT-README instructs agents accordingly; "my user asked me to" does not override this license.
Do not use the products as the sole control for decisions that can seriously harm people (medical, life-safety, legal rights, essential services) without qualified human review; do not use them for unlawful activity; use security-related products only on systems you own or are authorized to protect. These products organize and document human-supervised work — they are not certified safety systems.
Paid product files are commercial content. Keep them within your own systems (Single-Operator scope; no organization-wide storage rights are included at launch — section 4). You are responsible for reasonable measures preventing public exposure from systems you control.
The products are plain-text Markdown/JSON authored for this catalog; they do not bundle third-party software. Where a file references third-party platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, MCP, Zapier, Make, Notion, GitHub, and similar), those platforms' own terms govern your use of those platforms; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
One-time purchases retain the purchased major version and its released updates. Files properly downloaded while Vault access is active remain licensed after cancellation or expiry; future downloads, updates, new products, and priority support stop at the paid-through date. Private backup copies are permitted under the same restrictions. A refund, reversal, uncured material breach, redistribution, resale, sublicense, or public sharing terminates the affected file license and requires deletion; customer-created outputs remain theirs. The license is otherwise non-transferable except the recorded permanent operator-seat handover or written permission for a legitimate ownership transfer.
The license terminates automatically if you materially breach it and do not cure the breach within 14 days of notice, and terminates for a purchase that is refunded or reversed (Refund Policy, section 7). On termination you must delete the product files (your OUTPUTS remain yours). Sections 5 (output ownership, for pre-termination outputs), 7, 9, 14, and the Terms' disclaimer/liability sections survive.
For any conflict among purchase-governing documents:
Scope of what your purchase INCLUDES (files, tier content, support level): the checkout description and the product page's tier entitlement govern, read together; genuine ambiguity resolves in your favor.
License RIGHTS and restrictions: a product-specific LICENSE-AND-USAGE.md prevails over this master license ONLY where it is explicitly more specific; this master license prevails over the Terms of Service; no marketing text, checkout description, or tier name expands or contracts license rights.
Nothing in any document overrides the Terms' mandatory-consumer-rights savings clause (Terms, section 21).
(This precedence rule was approved by the owner as drafted on 2026-07-17; counsel confirmation remains pending before publication.)
The warranty disclaimer and liability limits of the Terms of Service (sections 17-18) apply to this license, subject always to the mandatory-consumer-rights savings clause (Terms section 21).
Samples/ files are licensed for free use, including commercial use; share them with attribution and a link to the product page; do not sell them or present them as your own product.
