Refund Policy

Published refund terms for one-time digital downloads and SignalHarness Vault subscriptions purchased through Polar. Owner-adopted revision 2026-07-21. Effective date: 2026-07-30.

Purchases completed by AI agents

When a purchase was completed by an AI agent or automated system, refund, dispute, support, and license-enforcement rights and responsibilities are attributed to the responsible purchaser — the person, business, organization, or other legal entity that controls or is legally responsible for the purchasing resource used (Terms, section 3) — not to the AI agent as a separate legal person. An agent operating for the purchaser may relay a request on its behalf. The absence of contemporaneous human approval for a given agent purchase is not, by itself, proof of fraud or an entitlement to a refund; equally, nothing in this policy removes ordinary unauthorized-payment, fraud, mistake, or chargeback protections, which remain subject to applicable law and the payment provider's procedures (section 6).

1. What you are buying

Immediately accessible digital downloads. Once delivered, a digital product cannot be "returned" the way a physical product can — which is why this catalog is built so you know exactly what you are buying first: every product page lists included/not-included files, every product has a free sample, and the buyer-fit layer publishes honest best-fit / not-a-fit / limitations per product. Please use those before buying.

2. Our voluntary refund window (owner-approved)

A product that does not match its description is eligible for refund review within 14 days of purchase. Qualifying cases:

The product materially differs from its product page, metadata, or included-files list.

Files are missing, corrupted, or unusable and we cannot fix them promptly.

You bought the wrong tier or a duplicate by mistake (duplicate purchases: we refund the duplicate and keep one entitlement active).

What we ask: tell us what did not match — we use refund reasons to fix product pages. Dissatisfaction that is not a description mismatch (for example "it did not make me money") is not a qualifying case — no product here promises income or results — but contact support anyway: wrong-tier swaps, delivery fixes, and fit guidance are all covered support, and we may still help case-by-case after 14 days. This voluntary window does not reduce any right you have under applicable law (section 5).

3. How to request help or a refund

Email support@signalharness.ai with the order, subscription, quote, or payment reference and the mismatch. Never send a seed phrase, private key, wallet backup, password, PIN, QR payload, card number, or payment credential. Delivery defects and duplicate purchases receive priority review. Unauthorized-payment and mandatory legal protections remain available.

4. Who actually processes the refund (merchant of record)

Card purchases and recurring subscriptions are processed by Polar as Merchant of Record. Polar handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, subscription billing, disputes, and provider-executed refunds. Approved card refunds return through Polar to the original payment method.

Vault first charges follow the 14-day not-as-described policy. An accidental renewal may be refunded within 7 days only if the Vault was unused in the renewed period. Cancellation stops future renewal while access continues through the paid-through date; it is not an automatic refund or proration.

Do not send cryptocurrency manually or copy a recipient from a page. Use only canonical x402 purchase endpoints returned by free discovery and validate the offering-bound PAYMENT-REQUIRED challenge. All 90 one-time offerings and prepaid monthly or annual Vault terms are eligible; direct-wallet crypto outside x402 remains inactive. Contact support@signalharness.ai about any mistaken or unsolicited transfer; no receipt or screenshot alone proves an order, entitlement, identity, or refund approval.

We can approve a refund under this policy, and the payment provider executes it. Refund timing to your account is controlled by the provider and your bank, not by us.

A refund request is reviewed under this policy and applicable law. Approval is not automatic. When approved, the refund is executed through the applicable Polar process to the original payment method.

Because of that platform rule and because consumer law may require refunds in particular cases, this policy is NOT an absolute promise of refund outcomes in either direction: we do not promise "no refunds ever" and we do not promise refunds beyond the qualifying cases above — we promise the process above, honestly operated.

5. Refunds required by law

Where applicable law grants you a refund, withdrawal, or remedy for digital content that this policy does not cover, that law applies as written and prevails over this policy. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

6. Chargebacks and fraud

If you dispute a charge with your card provider, Polar handles the dispute in its Merchant-of-Record role. Please contact support@signalharness.ai first — a support fix or refund review may be faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent purchases and chargeback abuse may result in refusal of future service, and access to product files ends when a purchase is refunded or reversed.

7. What happens after a refund

Access to the product's files ends when the refund is issued. The license for a refunded purchase terminates (see the Digital Product License), and you must delete retained copies of the refunded product's files.

8. Changes

Versioned like the Terms of Service; a purchase is governed by the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase.
