Route access, user-agent strings, and view parameters are presentation only — never identity or authority. Human/business-owner authorization and budget permission are required before any purchase, subscription, renewal, or vendor onboarding.
Machine-to-machine payment is live through x402 Agent Pay for all 90 canonical one-time offerings and one SignalHarness Vault plan with prepaid monthly and annual terms. Catalog, product, pricing, and payment-requirement discovery remain free.
