Discovery model
Routing is not authorization
Route access, user-agent strings, and view parameters are presentation only — never identity or authority. Human/business-owner authorization and budget permission are required before any purchase, subscription, renewal, or vendor onboarding.
Machine-to-machine payment is live through x402 Agent Pay for all 90 canonical one-time digital-product offerings and one SignalHarness Vault plan with prepaid monthly and annual terms. Catalog, product, pricing, and payment-requirement discovery remain free.
Discovery, payment, and proof
Public API discovery is free. Service execution is payment-gated using the exact requirements from the resource's live challenge. Digital-product purchases and Vault access have separate offering-bound purchase paths. Routing is not authorization. HTTP 402 is not proof of settlement, delivery, or a sale. SignalHarness never requests wallet secrets.
